Menopause and perimenopause are natural stages of life that can cause a range of physical and emotional symptoms, including hot flushes, sleep problems, mood changes, anxiety, low energy, joint pain, brain fog, and changes to periods.
Our surgeries offer support and advice for women experiencing these symptoms. Appointments provide an opportunity to discuss how menopause or perimenopause is affecting daily life and to explore appropriate management options, including lifestyle advice and treatments such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT) where suitable.
