Healthwest PCN IT Hub
Whilst most IT systems in general practice are covered by external IT support services, internal support remains essential so that most problems can be dealt with quickly and efficiently before they are escalated beyond the practice’s control.
IT support for The Family Practice, Pembroke Road Surgery, Whiteladies Medical Group and Students’ Health Service is now managed centrally by our team in the Healthwest PCN IT Hub.
The IT Hub is available throughout the working week and is responsible for communicating directly with our practice staff and external IT teams to resolve any issues or queries that may arise. The IT Hub will also support the PCN in developing new systems and protocols to improve patient care and streamline existing methods.
